Abstract:	TSX-listed Katanga Mining will accelerate the ramp up of its project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the firm announced on Tuesday. The ramp up, to 150 000 t/y of copper and 8 000 t/y of cobalt, will now be completed by mid-2011, compared with an earlier completion fate of the first quarter of 2013.
