The Integra mill welding cored wires are specially designed for hardfacing and reprofiling grinding components in mills for raw, clinker, coal, blast furnace slag and other minerals. In addition to WASA’s range of flux-cored welding wires, it also offers turnkey fabrication and component cladding in a chromium-carbide overlay.

Crushing and milling applications include crushers, hammer mills, vertical mills, HP roller presses, rotating kilns, fans, classifiers, mill liners, cyclones, chutes, pipes and elbows.
