PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Energy metals company Uranium Resources is hoping to raise about A$9.7-million through a public offering of 4.8-million shares at A$2.01 each.
Proceeds from the raising will be used to fund ongoing business activities, which Uranium Resources said could include technical studies, capital expenditures, debt reduction and working capital.
The offering will close on January 19.
