ISTANBUL – Turkey's Energy Ministry will open 616 mine sites for exploration through tenders, according to two notices in the country's Official Gazette on Wednesday.
The mine tenders were divided into five groups including substances such as radioactive minerals, precious metals, rare earth metals, coal and building materials.
