MOSCOW – Russian gold and silver producer Polymetal expects its financial performance to be better in the third quarter than in the second quarter due to seasonally higher production and sales, Maxim Nazimok, its CFO, told Reuters.
In April, Polymetal said it was unlikely to pay a special dividend this year unless the global geopolitical situation radically improves.
Nazimok said on Thursday the geopolitical situation had stabilised since then but that a special dividend this year was still unlikely
