Mineral Resources Minister Ngoako Ramatlhodi said during a visit to the Electra Mining Africa Exhibition in September, that he had met with President Jacob Zuma concerning the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act Amendment Bill and was “certain that the President would make an announcement on it in the next few weeks”.

Adventure Shells, a joint venture with Venture Otto South Africa, was formed in 2011 and is focused on providing the latest technology in modular construction solutions, ranging from small units to full scale community applications, such as houses, school rooms and clinics to warehousing, agricultural layouts and temporary construction site compounds.

The Stemlock Gas Bag is a self-inflating borehole plug that is used to block or seal a hole at any depth, resulting in substantial savings of up to 35% in explosives costs.
