With 46 years of expertise in the pipes field, wholesale carbon- and mild-steel pipes, fittings and flanges wholesaler Process Pipe has established a national footprint in South Africa.

The company currently has branches in Jacobs, Durban; Bellville South and Montague Gardens, Cape Town; and Sebenza, Johannesburg, with the Sebenza branch set to relocate to the Alrode area in the South of Johannesburg, in December.

Moreover, as Process Pipe prioritises distribution and high-quality customer service, the company has distributors in Namibia, Mozambique, Polokwane and Nelspruit and owns its own distribution fleet.

Process Pipe’s products include carbon-steel seamless pipes to A106 Grade B specification A 53; welded SANS 62 and SANS 719 black PEUC and galvanised pipes; Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) buttweld fittings and carbon-steel seamless buttweld fittings to A 234 WPB specification; plate flanges that comply with SANS 1123, BS 4504, BSEN 1092 and BS 10 and forged flanges that comply with ANSI B16.5; as well as malleable iron fittings and recomb clamp-on grooved fittings. Process Pipe is an official distributor of the Mittal Steel pipe range for the petrochemicals sector, and can also meet clients’ other steel requirements.

Established in 1969, Process Pipe is ISO 9001-qualified and has a staff complement of 85. The company’s sales personnel are all knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful, and are happy to assist companies with any pipes- and fittings-related enquiries.

Further, Process Pipe has made substantial investments over the years to ensure that it stocks the correct materials for a variety of applications.
