Place your bid on highly sought-after construction equipment and more from MHPS Africa

It’s not every day that one of Africa’s largest players in the construction of fossil fuel-fired power plants goes to auction. Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Africa (MHPS Africa) have once again mandated GoIndustry DoveBid (GoIndustry) to dispose of their surplus assets. These include Tadano mobile cranes and steel fabrication equipment, such as a CMC Cleveland plasma cutter, a Peddinghaus Corp coping machine and an Elga bending brake machine. Further highly sought-after mining machinery will also feature, such as an articulating boom lift, hauler tractors, LDVs, telescopic handlers and welding equipment.

This isn’t the first time that GoIndustry has partnered with MHPS Africa, and the success of the previous auction – Sale 5 in March this year - is a testament to exceptional team work and dedication. Auction expert of GoIndustry, Clayton Forster, is confident that this next auction, closing from 22 August 2019, will be an even greater success story. “Using our specialised online auction platform, we have the ability to expose any type of asset to the appropriate marketplace on both a national and global scale.” Forster explains.

This is just one of GoIndustry’s many mining and construction auctions on their busy calendar. Managing Director of GoIndustry, John Cowing, lays out their next few weeks. “Following this massive auction, we conclude our August calendar with our 50th mining multi-vendor auction, and our 14th Glencore auction. These will feature a wide variety of quality mining machinery and inventory.” Cowing continues, “September promises to be another busy month, kicking off with another popular Government Motor Transport auction featuring over 120 government vehicles. The gold mine company Sibanye Stillwater has asked us to host a 6th auction on their behalf, with another two mining auctions tentatively booked for early in the month. Our Business Rescue sector continues to be kept busy with the complete infrastructure breakdown of a Diamond Mine undergoing business rescue, promising to be a massive event with a recovery plant and underground equipment. Barplats Mine is another exciting mining auction on the calendar, which will feature well-maintained machinery and ancillary equipment.
