Osisko declares second quarter dividend

JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly) – TSX-listed Osisko Gold Royalties has declared a second-quarter 2015 dividend of $0.03 a share.

Osisko, an intermediate mining royalty and exploration company, advised on Friday that the dividend was payable on July 15 to shareholders on record as of the close of business on June 30.

The company currently had two cornerstone assets; a 5% net smelter return (NSR) royalty on the Canadian Malartic gold mine, in Malartic, Québec, and a 2% to 3.5% NSR on the Éléonore gold mine, in James Bay, Québec.

Osisko also held a 3% NSR royalty on the Malartic CHL property as well as a 2% NSR royalty on the Upper Beaver, Kirkland Lake and Hammond Reef gold exploration projects in Northern Ontario.
