ASX-listed platinum junior Nkwe Platinum said on Wednesday that the most recent set of drilling results from its Eerste Geluk and Nooitverwacht farms, on South Africa's Bushveld Complex, had exceeded expectations, particularly when compared with surrounding mining operational data.
“The board of Nkwe is pleasantly surprised with the results,” the firm said in an ASX annoucement.
The company said that high-grade results on the UG2 reef averaged 7,34 g/t of platinum-group metals plus gold, over 780-mm-plus intersections.
“The results really do create a platform for the company,” the firm said. |
