Potash development company Kore Potash has appointed Andrey Maruta CFO, with effect from December 11.
This follows the resignation of Amanda Farris as acting CFO.
Farris will remain available for a brief period to facilitate a smooth handover.
Maruta – a chartered certified accountant with more than 25 years' experience in the mining industry – previously served as Kore CFO from August 2019 to June 2021, when he left to take up another role within the mining industry.
Kore owns a 97% interest in the Kola and DX potash projects in the Sintoukola basin, in Congo-Brazzaville.
