The project is based on a processing rate increasing to 250 000 t/y of ore to produce about 35 000 t/y of flake graphite concentrate at 90% recovery.

The 2017 feasibility study demonstrated the potential for a ten-year mine life.

The December 2023 resource for the project was 12.26-million tonnes at 7.31% total graphitic carbon.

Latest Developments
Lincoln Minerals has accelerated its plan to update the 35 000 t/y concentrate feasibility study, as it aims to achieve its resource growth objective faster than planned.

The study will consider a project producing 60 000 t/y to 100 000 t/y of concentrate.

This level of output, CEO Jonathon Trewartha has said, would be more attractive to potential offtake partners. It would also allow for the submission of Lincoln’s final programme for environmental  protection and rehabilitation that would, consequently, allow for the finalisation of the approvals required for the advancement of project development.
