Established in 2012, the South African branch of Belgium-based crushing and screening solutions provider Keestrack designs and manufacturers mobile track-mounted crushing and screening equipment. The company fabricates fixed and modular processing plants, including crushing and screening plants, jaw crushers, impact crushers, screens and stacking conveyors. It also provides conveyor maintenance services, as well as coal and minerals briquetting services.
Keestrack South Africa is the sole distributor of Keestrack mobile crushing and screening equipment in Africa and has been awarded contracts by several major mining companies and utilities in the past year, including State-owned power utility Eskom.
In addition to plant fabrication, the company’s services include the crushing and screening of coal, ferrochrome, manganese ore, chromium ore, dolemite and dolerite. Keestrack’s conveyor maintenance service includes 24-hour breakdown assistance, splicing, pulley lagging and the drafting of condition reports. It also supplies new and used conveyor belts.
Keestrack has a staff complement of 25 and three shareholders.
The company rents its 1 000 m2 premises, located at 2 Sunset Park Office Block, July street, Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
