PERTH (miningweekly.com) – Junior developer GME Resources has completed trial mining at its Devon gold mine, in Western Australia, producing about 16 700 t of ore from the openpit operation.
The ore, grading at 5 g/t gold, has been delivered to the Darlot processing plant, owned by Gold Fields, where processing would be completed by mid-week.
Gold pour is expected by early next week.
