Ontario explorer Central Timmins Exploration has listed on the TSX-V this week, after closing its initial public offering (IPO), which raised C$1.5-million.
The junior, which has assets prospective for gold and base metals in the Porcupine mining district, offered 15-million common shares at C$0.10 a share in the IPO.
Its listing of common shares was effective from the close of business on October 15, and trading started on October 16. The stock gained 20% on its first day of trade, closing at C$0.12 a share.
