Australia-based Evolution Mining has appointed Nancy Guay as chief technical officer (CTO) accountable for various technical functions, including studies, projects, long-term planning and technical services.
Guay has more than 30 years’ experience in the mining sector and has worked in various locations and roles in Canada and Australia. Most recently, Guay was VP of technology, optimisation and innovation at Agnico Eagle Mines with oversight of 12 operations, including Fosterville in Victoria.
Guay will start at Evolution on June 1.
