Gold miner Medusa Mining has reported a fatality at its Co-O underground mine, in the Philippines.
The ASX-listed company said on Wednesday that a worker had fallen from a height within the mine, and had subsequently succumbed from his injuries.
All activities in the immediate area of the accident have been suspended while an investigation is under way, however, operations at the rest of the mine were continuing.
