JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Aim-listed Edenville Energy’s nonexecutive chairperson Sally Schofield has resigned for personal reasons.

Over the next month, Schofield would hand over her responsibilities to CEO Rufus Short, who would step in until a successor was appointed.

Schofield, who would offer assistance on a consultancy basis moving forward, previously held the posts of nonexecutive director, full-time executive chairperson and finally, in June 2015, assuming the role of nonexecutive chairperson.

Edenville was currently developing the Rukwa coal-to-power project, in south-west Tanzania.
