Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema says he wants to triple copper output in the next decade, an ambitious target that would require $30-billion of investment, according to analysts at BMO Capital Markets. Bloomberg reports that Hichilema is going out of his way to woo investors and repair damaged relations.
