JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Dual-listed Buffalo Coal CEO Malcolm Campbell and CFO and corporate secretary Sarah Williams have resigned.
They will continue in their current roles for three months to facilitate the implementation of an orderly succession plan.
“We regret that two members of senior management have decided to leave the company, but will ensure that the necessary plans are put in place to effect a smooth transition,” says chairperson Craig Wiggill.
