JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Aim-listed Bluejay Mining has established Dundas Titanium, a Greenlandic domiciled subsidiary, to operate its Pituffik titanium project, in Greenland.

“The subsidiary was created to facilitate the permitting process, which will culminate in the lodging of the exploitation application later in 2017,” the company said in a statement.

Bluejay is now focused on starting production at Pituffik, a high-grade mineral sand ilmenite project, in 2018.

It recently applied for the Pituffik licence to be transferred to Dundas and expects the process to be completed in the coming months.

Bluejay COO Hans Jensen will also be the MD for Dundas.
