JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Boipelo Lekubo has resigned as CFO of Atlatsa Resources to pursue new opportunities.
Financial controller Reinhardt van Wyk has been appointed acting CFO, effective June 1.
CEO Harold Motaung said in a statement on Thursday that Van Wyk is a qualified chartered accountant who qualified in 2005 and held previous experience in corporate and project finance, financial management and reporting within the mining industry.
