15th SAGA Biennial Conference & Exhibition

31st July 2017

The 15th SAGA Biennial Conference & Exhibition is now just over a month away and final preparations have begun to ensure that the experience is as exceptional as always. Embracing the theme of Expanding Frontiers, experts will be sharing novel methods and applications related to the field of geophysics.

The Conference, a staple of the geophysical fraternity in Africa, provides a forum for engagement, idea generation and sharing. Our venue, the Lord Charles Hotel is one of the premier conference venues in Cape Town. Conveniently situated in the Cape Winelands, just half an hour’s drive from Cape Town International Airport and the CBD, it will provide a refined and contemporary style to the event.

We have exceptionally good pre- and post-conference events on offer (all of which may be registered for independently from the main conference), including pre-conference Workshops and Golf Day, as well as the post-conference Vredefort Field Trip (ex-JHB) and Cape Peninsular Day Tour. Further information on workshops and tours.
