Sibanye nonexec director Barry Davison retires in May

Precious metals miner Sibanye-Stillwater on Friday announced the retirement of independent nonexecutive director Barry Davison, effective May 28.

The company stated that Davison has been an integral part of the board since the company’s inception in 2013 and has served as chairperson of Sibanye’s health and safety committee since then.

Harry Kenyon-Slaney will succeed Davison as committee chair.
