VisionX 6.7″ 50 Watt LED Light Cannon Shines Over 800 Metres For Mining Industry
Company Announcement - Shining 800 metres of usable light, VisionX Lighting raises the bar with the new 6.7″ 50 Watt vibration resistant Cannon LED for the mining industry. “From a single 50 watt luminous and IP68 waterproof rated LED, the 6,7” Cannon LED fires 800 metres of usable light (measured at 1 Lux), with more versatility than any single LED light. The 10 degree spot pattern is like having 12 lights in one,” says Leonard Chester product manager - Vehicle Accessories, Torre Automotive, the sole VisionX distributor.
The 6.7’’ Cannon provides optional snap-on polycarbonate filters to quickly change the beam pattern from Spot to Euro or Flood, while the coloured filters (clear, blue, yellow, or red) can improve visibility in various mining conditions. A universal single bolt mounting, accompanied by a wiring harness, provides a quick, traditional installation for a multitude of applications. The patented 6,7" Cannon is also backed by the VisionX extended warranty.
"A year ago, the 4,5" Light Cannon LED took LED lighting to new heights, the larger 6,7" Cannon LED shines 2,5 times further increasing visibility at nightand improving safety in a mining environment,” he said. “The 6,7" Cannon provides unprecedented lighting distance, durability and easy access to change beam patterns like no one has ever seen. Those working in industrial areas will find this feature suitable for various applications.”
