TORONTO (miningweekly.com) – Vancouver-based junior Rocher Deboule Minerals has commissioned N Tribe and Associates to conduct a preliminary economic assessment of its flagship Artillery Peak manganese project, in Arizona, the firm announced on Thursday.

The study will be based on an April 2009 NI 43-101-compliant resource estimate, which includes more than one-billion pounds of indicated manganese resources, plus around 9,6-billion in the inferred category.

The preliminary economic assessment will describe the potential business opportunity that could be developed from the Artillery Peak deposit, and will focus the direction of future feasibility studies, environmental permit applications and further drilling to move the resource into a measured and indicated category if warranted.
