JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – South Africa's Northern Cape Department of Economic Affairs will establish a new diamond and jewellery academy in Kimberley, a representative said on Monday.

The department has called on service providers to submit tenders for the supply, delivery and assembly of diamond cutting and polishing equipment.
