JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – New Sallies directors are being proposed for the operationally dormant South African fluorspar-mining company.
The JSE's Stock Exchange News Service gives notice that a general meeting of the company will be held on October 22 to remove CEO Tom Dale, chairperson Dr Fred Roux; and independent director Dennis Kerrison from the board.
Being appointed to the board will be Nicholas Davidoff and Andrew Kamau.
The propsed change follows the US shareholder Firebird obtaining 60% of the company's shares.
