TORONTO (miningweekly.com) – Mining luminary Lukas Lundin will serve as interim CEO at uranium producer Denison Mines, until a permanent appointment is made, the company announced on Thursday.
Lundin, who sits on the board of several mining, exploration and energy firms, including as chairperson for many of them, is currently chairperson of Denison.
He will step into the CEO role effective immediately, and replaces Peter Farmer, who announced earlier this month he would step down on April 30.
