JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Coal miner Keaton Energy on Tuesday announced that its subsidiary Keaton Mining had reached an agreement with DRA Mineral Projects, for the settlement of all claims and disputes – both historic and future liabilities – arising out of the construction and commissioning of Phase 2 of the Vanggatfontein coal processing plant.
