JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Aim- and JSE-listed platinum group metals (PGMs) exploration company Jubilee on Friday announced that it had discovered a "significant cluster" of gold-in-soil anomalies at its Ambodilafa project, in Madagascar.

The company has been undertaking a ridge-and-spur soil sampling programme at the project and said it had discovered the elevated gold-in-soil anomaly cluster over a square kilometre.

Anomalous gold values of up to 6,07g/t of gold with 0,045 g/t of platinum and palladium had been recorded.

Exploration at the project was still ongoing.
