Former Richards Bay Coal Terminal CEO and newly appointed head of Anglo American South Africa Kuseni Dlamini has been appointed to the board of Anglo Platinum.
Dlamini replaces former acting Anglo American South Africa head Philip Baum, who has resigned as nonexecutive director of Anglo Platinum.
The board of the world's largest platinum mining company is currently made up of chairperson Fred Phaswana, CEO Neville Nicolau, Mohammed Valli Moosa, former Eskom chairperson who has been replaced at Eskom by former mining luminary AngloGold Ashanti CEO Bobby Godsell, Tom Wixley as deputy chairperson, Anglo American plc CEO Cynthia Carroll, Richard Dunne of the UK, Sonja Sebotsa, Bongani Khumalo, Russell King, Tony Redman and Ren Medori.
