Attached please find a press release on: East  Africa  Resources  Ltd  ("EAF  or  the  "Company"  (ASX:  EAF))  has  signed  a  binding  Terms  Sheet  for  a Management Buy‐Out of all the Company's shares held in its wholly owned Democratic Republic of the Congo 
(DRC) subsidiaries, Macro Mining sprl and Nova Mining sprl.

The MBO was previously announced by the Company as part of its strategy to divest of non‐core assets in the 
DRC to focus on its uranium projects in Tanzania.  This latest transaction constitutes the Company's final step 
in its strategy to fully divest EAF from the DRC.
