Attached please find a press release on: African Diamonds plc, the AIM and Botswana listed diamond explorer (AIM: AFD), is pleased to announce that Boteti Exploration (Pty) Ltd., in which it has a 28.38 per cent interest, has received a letter from the Ministry of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources of the Government of the Republic of Botswana stating that the negotiation period for the mining licence terms and conditions for AK6 has been extended until 30th September 2008.
