Greg Foulis has stepped down as chairperson of the board of Pacific Nickel Mines, the ASX-listed company reported on Monday.

Foulis advised the ASX-listed company that several personal issues prevented him from providing the necessary commitment to chair the board.

Former chairperson Terry Cuthbertson has been appointed interim chairperson.

Pacific Nickel is proceeding with mining and stockpiling operations at its Kolosori nickel project, in the Solomon Islands with loading of the next nickel DS0 shipment expected around March 18.
